David Obey 3

He was elected in a special election in 1969 to fill a vacancy. This guy is a windbag, and if you don't believe me, watch him on C-Span.

He doesn't have the best speaking voice either. It breaks as he talks, and that is annoying.

He couldn't believe it when the Democrats lost the house in 1994. He thought they would be back in the next election. He is still waiting.

Since the Dems are probably going to win the House in 2006, I suppose we will have to put up with him on C-Span again.
