Herb who? He really hasn't made much of a splash. The other WI senator Feingold is much more known.

It's a hobby for him to be a Sen. He owns the Bucks, and is the 4th wealthiest member of the legislative branch. His only notable piece of legislation (gun-free school zones) was struck down as unconstitutional by the Supremes.
