They had me to start paperwork to "HOLD" a price-rate while I decided if I could fit the club hours into my work schedule. Well the commission hungry lady completed my paperwork, forged some initials and then put a couple dollars toward activating my membership. I found out this happened six months later when the bill collectors started calling me! I told them I couldn't do it and they put through my info anyway and now four years later, this is still on my credit report and they won't take it off!!!! GRRRRrrrrr!!!!!

Do not pay them in full. It has been a year since they closed the Rocky River location and my money still has not been returned to me. They could close at anytime and you will NOT get your money back. Very bad business practices!!!
