This was the best toothpaste I ever used. When I got my, braces my teeth hurt a lot so I got this to help. It helped a lot!! Within a week, my teeth had stop hurting considerbly. I figured out I needed to stay on it though because once I changed, my teeth started hurting again. I had a friend who got braces soon after me and his doctor gave him an expensive sensitivity toothpaste, but he would still always be complaining that his teeth still would hurt. The Crest Sensitivity Toothpaste is superior in my opinion, and the best by far fromn Crest or any other brand I have used.

I gave this 3 stars because it is good for sensitive teeth. However, I feel like you have to use a lot of it in order for it to foam up. I think there's nothing worth than brushing your teeth and having a mouth full of liquid but you feel like you haven't been able to brush all of your teeth and having to reapply more.

I like the mild mint taste and it really helps my sensitive teeth.
