numbah was a picky bastard and that combined with the Dress Blues made me a strangely popular dude when I joined up with Uncle Sams Misguided Children. When I went to my brother's wedding in those things I took my pick from the bridemaid buffet and the rest is history.

I was 18 and it was the day after my borfriends 19th birthday. We have been going out for a year, and it was the best ever. We were both virgins and we love each other and we are so comfertable with eachother.
It was awesome, and the parts where it would of been akward, were not.

It was to a girl in my latin 101 class at university. It just sort of happened, so I decided to roll with it. We weren't dating, but we were friends. The only surprising thing about it was the total lack of awkwardness of the situation. I had always expected my first time to be weird and uncomfortable (socially, not physically). Instead, the whole process felt quite natural - I even made her come before I did. Overall, it was a very positive experience about which I have no regrets. Of course if I had the choice, I would have preferred that my first time be with a girl with whom I was in a serious relationship. However, I really don't consider that to be a big deal. At any rate, sex is just sex and the only meanings that it has are the ones ascribed to it by those having it; and in this situation, it simply meant that two uninhibited university students were having fun.

Should have been earlier,and probably would have been had I been less shy.But at least my first time was with an intelligent person and we ended up getting together more seriously 3 1/2 years later.

Well I lost mine when I was 16..its wasnt romantic or sweet in any way. The guy was a complete jerk. I and not sad about waiting and I dont really regret not waiting.

I held out for as long as I could. 18.

I wasn't old enough to regret waiting that long, but I was emotionally secure enough to be responsible with sex.

I lost my virginity at 19 and all my friends did it already. It was a good thing to wait because they regreted it and I didn't.

I was 18. She was a 26 year old French national. She showed me the ropes.

The big 18. Had an opportunity at 16 till the guy said he loved me and I laughed in his face...he didnt really appriciate that! LOL

19 and the time was right.

Just a passing thought: would it be inappropriate to ask to whom earthbound lost his virginity?

Could have lost it earlier than that, but I turned it down. Stupid, stupid, stupid...

. . .and it still depresses me that it took that long.

17 is the first time I been laid.....I was a stabbin away....

I waited until the right guy asked me. And it's amazing how many more right guys there are, once you are out of high school.

Excuse the cliche` but I felt that it was necessary to wait for the right time.

Once I turned 18, I was set free! :)
