Ouch!!! Purchased two bundles of software, which didn't protect my system. Then paid $69.95 for tech support help, and still didn't fix the problem. Next day was told that for another $39.95, they could finish the repair. Thought this type of behavior was illegal! The service is terrible and will be spending more money to purchase another product.
