12/07/2005 | This program is not conducive to recovering addicts or persons with felonies. this program is non structured, has had shootings whereby persons have shot up the facilities. They also evict residents when they have no where to go adding to the rate of jail recidivism. This program should be stripped of their funding, audited and reviewed by an accrediation body.
