L'Oreal Waterproof Voluminous 5

I just purchased this mascara two days ago and I'm singing its praises. So far, I haven't experienced any flaking or smearing. I have allergies and my eyes produce tears frequently.I have fits with mascaras that leave residue on my skin. I think I've found a winner!
