I had a absolutely horrible experience at this club. The waitress was rude, slow and acted as if she would rather be anywhere but there. When I complained, I was actually told...."then dont come back." So, I havent been back, for over ten years. I figured out the reason for her attitude, they dont have to work for their tips. A 15 percent "gratuity" is automaticly added to your bill. So what is there to motivate them to be friendly, curtious, and efficent? ...... Nothing! A tip should be earned, not automaticly handed out!!! If they dont like their job, they should find one they do like.
