Fits right in line with the less eloquent statement that a government big enough to give you everything you want is a government big enough to take away everything you have. Especially today when new efforts to prevent and prosecute terrorist activities threatens our fundamental civil liberties, more and more people are curious and sometimes in fear as to what the government may be doing to invade their privacy. It's essential that every American realize that we are a nation with a government, not the other way around.
