08/03/2006 | Petsmart in Cleveland sucks, especially the store in Maple Heights. Arrogant rude employees and worse management. BOYCOTT PETSMART

08/02/2006 | Petsmart "acts" like it cares about animals but it does not truly care. It has awful management. Don't buy the lie. Shop somewhere else but not Petland because Petland buys from puppy mills. I recommend Petco, Pet Supermarket or Pet Supplies Plus on Mayfield. Petsmart is presently on the hotseat with PETA for selling birds that die. I can tell you that one of the Petsmart stores has recently had an outbreak of ringworm with their small animals. Like I said, don't buy the lie!
