lets just say that things are not always as they appear to be. It's all about the $$$$$$$$$$. Support your local pet stores but NOT ones that sell puppies because they are usually from PUPPY MILLS. SUPPORT RESCUE GROUPS AND RESEARCH BEFORE YOU BUY.

Petsmart in Cleveland sucks, especially the store in Maple Heights. Arrogant rude employees and worse management. BOYCOTT PETSMART

Petsmart "acts" like it cares about animals but it does not truly care. It has awful management. Don't buy the lie. Shop somewhere else but not Petland because Petland buys from puppy mills. I recommend Petco, Pet Supermarket or Pet Supplies Plus on Mayfield. Petsmart is presently on the hotseat with PETA for selling birds that die. I can tell you that one of the Petsmart stores has recently had an outbreak of ringworm with their small animals. Like I said, don't buy the lie!
