This 20th-century castle features a blend of Renaissance and Baroque architecture. There are two stunningly beautiful swimming pools and many statue-filled gardens. The rooms contain expensive art and gorgeous furniture. I highly recommend coming here for a tour.

This place is amazing! It's also gigantic! There are a few tours of this place that you can take, and you will need a full day just to do them all. However, the structures are fantastic and the view from the Castle is really stunning. It's really neat to be driving along HW1 and see nothing and then just come across this crazy place! Truly, a fascinating look at the wealth of publishing!

I've never been here but I've seen pictures of it and I'd love to drive up to see it in the future.

Here's a place with enough rooms to hold the world's treasures. And damned if it doesn't seem to. Looks like it would take an army two months to wax the floors.

Went to visit it once--I've only visited one mansion in my life, so it's hard to compare, but it was pretty nice. The most memorable room was the indoor pool--the mosaic-tiles were beautiful.

Xanadu in the movie Citizen Kane. Incredible view from up here, but there sure is a lot of Stuff. I'd hate to have to vacuum this place.
