07/30/2007 | These make an incredible difference in airflow. They do stop most of the snoring, according to my husband. I also find that I sleep incredibly long, when I use them. But they only stick for one night, if I wash my nose first.

11/05/2004 | They noticeably open the sinus passages to aid in breathing but ultimately did not work for me. Surgery was the only effective way of getting my snoring under control. I imagine they would be helpful for sports as many football players use them. They are unfortunately rather expensive but work better than any of the generic versions.

06/11/2003 | I've used these a few times when traveling. They seemed to do the job well. At least, I had no complaints from anyone the next morning.

05/23/2003 | I tried using these for a while, and I admit that they did seem to help, but not much. I eventually went for a sleep study and discovered I had sleep apnea, I now use a CPAP breathing device while I sleep. CPAP is a god-send.

05/18/2003 | It only worked for my EX-husband when he slept in a proper position. People who roll around at all, it doesn't work. So if you're a still sleeper - great, us these. If you're NOT, you're not gonna get much use out of them. Also, if you live without a good A/C and you're going to sweat at all while you're sleeping, they'll peel right off UNLESS you use the "sports" ones.

02/04/2003 | I have been using breathe right nasal strips for years.I have had nighttime breathing problems and I have had sinus surgery.Breathe right strips have helped my problems greatly.I use them every night.I wash my nose to remove oil before bedtime.
They stick fine until I take my morning shower.I don't sleep well without them. Thumbs way up!

01/09/2003 | These things don't stick to my nose for very long, and besides that, they still don't work. I saw on television a while back that there is not medical proof whatsoever that these things really do what they are supposed to do.
