The flavour is pleasant enough, but for me this is a rather mildish sauce, so I was somewhat disappointed.

Melindas makes some really fine and delicious hot sauces,with natural ingredients.This one is pretty hot and quite flavorful, it's definately not for beginners-but highly recommended if HOT is your thang !
