This is a great hotsauce with a papaya base, mild compared to other Matouk's brands but delightful on sandwichs. Sold at a great price at EverythingTrini.com.

This stuff is awesome. It packs a lot of heat, and is probably the hottest sauce you'll find unless you look for the specialty superhots like Blair's. Although the stuff is very hot, it still has a great rich flavour. It's great on pizza, chicken fingers and wings and other finger foods. I highly reccomend it.

Matouk's is one of the best in the West Indies and a real treat when you are able to find it in North America. I seldom see it in the states on store shelves but occasionall in some Canadian grocery stores. Does that mean Canadians have a higher appreciation for heat with great taste than their southern neighbors? Regardless, this sauce is one of the very best. Get it wherever you find it.

I got the Matouk's Calypso Sauce - Hot Hot Hot down in the Virgin Islands. This Trinidad made sauce has great flavor and a thick consistency. Highly recommended!
