A friend who had been at a conference in Mobile brought me some of this. Damn good, and adds a nice bite to BBQ. Hot, but subtle at the same time. I've checked around up here, and they don't seem to import to Canada, alas.

This hot sause is great with venison and other wild game meats.

Dat'l Do It is a great hot sauce, and they make a lot of other great products for grilling and cooking hot. I don't know where they distribute to, but I found it near St Augistine, Florida.
