Good mustard tang, but not much heat. Makes a good substitute for everything you would add mustard to if you want to have a little kick to it. Widely available in the UK today.

I bought a bottle in the West Indies when on a P&O cruise. It seems as though I will have to do another one in order to get anothr bottle!! Please make it available in the UK Regards, John Bakewell

First tasted in St Lucia and had to buy several bottles to bring back to the UK. Unfortunately now down to half a bottle and trying to eck it out. Need to find a UK distributer quick. There is also an Extra Hot Variety which is just as good.

I picked up a bottle of Baron West Indain Hot Sauce while visiting St. Croix. Before leaving I purchased 10 bottles to bring home with me. It is one of the finst sauces I have ever tasted. Not to Hot but not mild wonderful full body taste of fruits and wonderful peppers.
