She was doin' alright, 'til she got caught in that blizzard.

I've never been a fan of hers, and frankly, I find Roseanne Barr to be a disgusting individual (she was NEVER a lady). From her disgraceful rendering of the "Star-Spangled Banner" in 1990 at a Padres vs. Cincinnati Reds baseball game in San Diego; to her recent diatribe against Angelina Jolie, Jon Voight, and Brad Pitt over their political beliefs- obviously contrary to hers (and Voight the only one of the three being a confirmed Hollywood conservative); and her unfunny (actually crude) comedy routines which are full of sexual epithets and foul language- Roseanne has been going downhill since. At the end, she's nothing but a vile has-been, who once was a star of a 1980's hit sitcom (ironic because she regularly derides the 1980's, the so-called decade of greed and evil, yet the decade which gave her a chance at stardom and fortune), but is reduced to being a sad caricature of her pathetic self. Note to Roseanne: if you want people to see you as the open-minded person you think you are (and that's a stretch considering you aren't at all open-minded), then accept those who may actually disagree with you. It's a simple concept, moron!

Her recent rant again Angelina J and Brad P and politics was bizarre. I think the woman must be off her meds.

A very funny lady-her book was well written,too.Get over her imitation of a baseball player and bad singing-it wasn't meant to be unpatriotic.She's a great stand up comic and a good actress.

Perhaps if she said something intelligent, either on or off screen, she could be taken seriously. I'm not convinced there's much of a chance.

Not very. I liked her show at first until she changed it too much. she seems to keep changing herself a lot too. I would not hang on every word she says.I could not take her all that serious.

The new Roseanne show that debuted two weeks ago, what horrible television. I can't believe the pilot made it to TV at all. It has to be the worst show I have seen on TV in a very long time. And with all the bad shows out there today, that's saying a lot. Roseanne's voice, comments, jokes, everything are irritating and not funny. Her time has passed. She should consider herself lucky that she had her time in the spotlight. Please do us all a favor Roseanne, retire NOW.

Thankfully, I think we've seen the end of the Roseanne era. Early retirement can be a good thing. And just when she may have finally gotten the plastic surgery right.

Can you imagine anyone taking Roseanne Barr seriously? I mean, Think about it. Trailer park queen who tells jokes all the time? Her job is as an actress comedian. You're not even supposed to take anything she says to heart. I must admit she is funny!
