He's outspoken but I feel he will go at any caust just to get the attention. I find him to be very fake, as well.

Ok, I've said in another place on this site that this guy occasionally used to be laugh-out-loud funny way back when (part of that was because he was on one of the most God-awful radio stations imaginable and I was an immature youth), but how long are you going to live on past glory? He's not funny at all anymore, just nasty and crude and mocking, and I find myself almost never listening to him. When I do happen to catch him (by mistake or a momentary spasm of masochism), it's kind of pitiful to think that this is what passes nowadays, at least to some poor, hostile fools, as entertainment. Is anyone really interested enough to subscribe to Sirius (?) because he's going to be on it? Is he going to be more interesting and funny then than he is now? Why, because he'll be able to say f*** instead of the F-word? Or s*** instead of the S-word? Can't wait! Wow! Jeepers! Holy s***! Lenny Bruce once said there's nothing sadder than an aging hipster. Stern was never hip, but he certainly presents a pathetic sight in his advancing middle-age (or old-age, depending on how you measure such things) with his heavy-metal haircut, his adolescent obsession with T and A, and his relentless enthusiasm for pop groups as diverse as AC/DC and Bon Jovi. Stern is an awful, offensive bore who derives most of his humor from attacking and/or mocking the weakest members of our society, and the sad thing is that in a society that supposedly celebrates diversity and free speech, this is considered cutting edge and subversive by a depressingly large number of people. Lenny Bruce is turning over in his grave...

A sick individual, I'm glad he is no longer allowed on free TV. I know he has an audience that enjoys him but for me the utter perversion is too much to handle. I think he belittles women and makes light of people with disabilities.

He speaks his mind and means what he says. Hey, many people (including myself) are fans of this guy. When he speaks, people listen. Although I don't always agree with what he says, I'm in awe of him because I love shock. I just bought his movie Private Parts and it was one hell of a film. Howard Stern rules!

Not even Michael Jackson, Mike Tyson, OJ Simpson and Pee Wee Hwrman take this guy serious. So why should I?

His show is geared towards an adolescent sense of humor, but I still think he's got a right to free speech.Too much has been made of his vulgarity- if you don't want to hear it,don't tune in.It is ridiculous to fine him more for foul language than Nuclear Power plants are fined for violations that are a REAL danger.

I take the fact that he is an odorous bag of fecal matter excreted by a dyspeptic camel very seriously indeed.

Truly, the epitome of sleaze

Brilliant mind which unfortunately exists in a deviant, low-life, whose sole purpose for existing is to spew hatred at people with more postitive belief systems. Someone either totally spoiled him or abused him as a child. Can't stand his nasty little side-kick either.

Oh please. This guy is the biggest jerk on the face of the earth. Go to hell Howard.

You can never take Howard seriously. Just listen to his quotes on famous Mexican singer Selena and her death.
