EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE! On 7/08/07, I had called them to pick me up at 6:00 am the next morning from a hotel I was staying at. Come 6:00 am, there was no cab. I waited a few minutes before I called them. They said they didn't have enough information to send the cab! However, they had never asked for such information when I first called them! The person on the other end of the phone said, "It should have been natural." Well, it should have been even more natural for them to ask for the information! At one point, they even called me "Ma'am" even though I'm a guy and they had my first name which is clearly a guy's first name! The cab finally arrived 41 minutes late which got me to the train station 14 minutes after my train had left! That was also the last train of the day. In order to get home in time, I had to take a Greyhound bus which cost me an additional $23.50. Being a railfan, I kinda had my heart set on the train. There is no excuse for what the cab company did. Two days later, my dad and I faxed them a letter demanding an apology and/or to reinverse me for my extra expense caused by their folly. (The cost of the Greyhound ticket plus the original cost of my train ticket.) However, they never responded

There I sat waiting...now on my 2nd hour (in the rain). I called them an hour and a half before I needed to be picked up, at 8 pm. Everytime I called I was put on hold (I was on hold for 50 mins, after 3 calls). after calling..and calling..and calling, they stopped picking up my calls. I will NEVER call them again. The operator was nasty, and unhelpful. Also, this is now the 2nd time they've done this. How hard is it to call someone and say we can't come?
