Ordered a cab to the CLE airport around 4:00am in the morning and called the company twice to confirm before it. But the taxi never came on the day. The dispatcher said "I cannot get hold of the taxi driver" and offered no solutions. Do not book taxi from this company because they are not reliable at all and treat their customers poorly.
