We joined Mountainside Fitness on Carefree Highway in North Phoenix. They have great equipment, but let's just say, the child watch totally sucks. If you are looking for a family friendly gym, look elsewhere. It's also stinking hot in there. I guess they want to keep the A/C bills down, but come on, people are melting!

I loved that there was no high pressure selling when I joined, but I was also shocked to see hoe enexpensive the club is. Mountainside Fitness is the best thing Arizona has ever given Colorado. I hope they do well. My children love the childcare area. Only complaint... could they find some more friendly trainers? I have only met a couple that are approachable.

A few years back I had a membership for Mountainside.. They NEVER gave me any problems. When I had to move, they allowed me to cancel my membership. (Gilbert location) I currently moved back and will start up there again!
