Buyer Beware! My car requires premium gasoline so I waited until today, Tuesday, to visit my Enmark store on South Harris Street in Sandersville, Georgia. Enmard has always offered a 7 cent discount per gallon on premium gasoline on Tuesdays. In our community and in all my previous visits to Enmark, the price for mid-grade gas is 10 cents higher than regular and premium is 20 cents higher than regular. The outside sign only lists the price for regular which was $2.67. In a hurry, I began fueling my car with premium and washing the pollen from my windshield. When the pump cut off, I checked to see how much gas I had pumped and was shocked to see the price of premium was $2.99 not the $2.80 I was expecting. I had already paid by credit card at the pump, but went into the store to express my concern that the price on the pumps was incorrect. The clerk informed me that premium gasoline was now 32 cents higher than regular. And she couldn't tell me if that was before or after the 7 cent Tuesday discount. Enmark has lost a loyal customer. Don't assume as I did, check out those pumps!

Warner Robins, GA The EnMark store here have increased their regular gasoline prices to $3.319 per gallon for regular when the rest of the local stores are selling regular for $2.989 per gallon. We all understand the necessity to raise prices but this is obviously overkill. The local EnMarks used to be the best deal in town, now they are the worst. The gasoline pricies are the first to go up and always .15 to .20 cents higher than the other local stations. I used to be a loyal EnMark fan - USED TO BE is the operative phrase.

I had a very bad expierience with a manager at a local enmark. The manager was very rude and Enmark corperate office doesnt even care i have reported to the BBB. I would not recomend anyone to give their their money to this corporation.

With gas prices going up, the $.07 of premium on Tuesdays is something that adds up in a car that requires premium gasoline. I stopped in today to fill up and take advantage of that deal. Well, at least I tried to. When I asked the clerk why I didn't get the amount off of my fill up, she began to actually argue with me. Now, I've been shopping at this same gas station on Tuesdays (Premium days) for two years and never had a problem until the past three weeks. Well, this time I actually asked. The woman got an attitude with me saying that she has worked for them for seven years and that I got the deal. Again, I told here that for the past three weeks I havent received the rebate. She started to argue with me, so I simply asked here what her Premium price was supposed to be then. She couldn't tell me... furthermore I asked if she ever bought premium. She said no and that she didn't care if we got our discount or not. Needless to say, I'll be going somewhere else on Tuesday from now on. This isn't to mention that since I was paying at the pump swiped card, approved and tried to pump but it wouldn't that she told me to go to another pump. When I asked about my credit card approval at the pump she told me to keep up with my statements and I would know if some one else got free gas on me. DO NOT waist your time going to Enmark on HWY 21 in Garden City / Savannah unless you want to pay for someone elses gas.

I recently stopped shopping at the Prime Tobacco (Enmark) on Augusta Street. The same manager has been there for a couple of years, and here lately her attitude has been uncalled for. For example, i went in to get my cigarettes last Saturday, and she was very anal, i mentioned that i never usually see her there on Saturdays, and i get the response, Yeah, im a manager, we arent supposed to work on weekends, the other girls work weekends. It sound like to me she uses her title as an advantage to get out of working the weekends and when things dont go the way she wants, the customers have to pay for it by dealing with her attitude.

Since the recent management change the service and addtudes in this store have went down hill. I have purchased my gas and cigarettes there for serveral years and now every time I go in the pumps are always out of paper for my credit card purchase and they seldom have my brand of cigarettes. I have voice my concerns with the current manager and the supervisor but nothing seems to have been done about it.
