On 12-21-05 I went to BP Connect at 6250 W.Colonial Orlando, FL 32808 to get gas and a carton of cigerettes and four people ignored me. When someone finally acknowledged me and I told the woman I wanted $20 in gas and a carton of cigerettes I pulled out $100 bill and she told me she could not break it. I find it hard to believe that a cashier does not have five $10 bills or two $20 bills and a $10 bill. This was very poor customer service and I went to 7-11.

I ALWAYS spill thier coffee (I dont spill it anywhere else). Their cups and lids suck! The coffee tastes wonderful, however and their bagels are very good.

The BP I usually use is staffed by less thane efficient people.

Why did they change their logo? The franchise formerly known as Sinclair is still alive and kicking, thats for sure. Their gas is always a bit higher than others, but their stores are excellent. Automatic doors, wide selection and reasonable prices. Typically clean and with good service, too.

These stores are always very appealing and attractive to the customer, but it still doesn't have that same feel that 7-Eleven has perfected since the 1920's !!!

IMO - BP is top of the line as far as convenience stores go. They have great coffee and a decent selection of breakfast items like fresh bagels, danish, and donuts. Some of the larger stores have delis. The ones I've been in so far are also very neat and clean.
