Just keeping on pitching those "gopher" balls to Pujols, Weathers. A rivalry is where teams have a realistically equal chance of competing and winning...Reds can't do either.

I don't know much about this for certain, but in areas like where I'm at, Indiana, it's sort of a no man's land- a lot of people like either of these clubs or the Cubs- and you get the usual Yankee bandwagon jumpers, sycophants and asskissers, and ,distressingly in my view, Red Sox bandwagon jumpers and sycophants and asskissers too. Oh, and  Detroit had some bandwagon jumpers, sycophants, and asskissers around here- until St. Louis won and the bandwagon jumpers, asskissers, and sycophants painted their hats from brown to red, tore off the Old English D, and glued the Cardinal logo on!

Pretty intense, more so because until recently they were both usually good at about the same time. Seems to have tailed off a little lately.
