I believe Bush misled in regard to wmd's. I disagreed w/that war from day one. It was ultimately the Democrats and Republicans who are responsible for it. Congress was responsible as a whole. I always love it when I see a Kerry bumpersticker but then I see an impeach Bush sticker right next to it. But Kerry voted for it. Brother. Anyway, against it from day one but support the troops regardless.

Yes, the fact that the so-called "opposition" went along with this military industrial complex scam doesn't alter the fact that the Bush administration lied like rugs.

no way why would they bother, you can tell from the outcome, that they really believed that iraq had weapons of mass diestruction. There is evidence that the weapons were there and were destroyed or moved. Ask france, syria, or russia where they are. They were theirs to began with.

Yes, I believe these allegations. So far, there have been no Weapons of Mass Destruction found in Iraq. It has been revealed that the U. S. bombed imaginary weapons stockpiles. There was no WMDs program going on in Iraq. The entire WMDs thing was a complete fraud used to draw support for an unpopular and corporate war.

No. Almost every country in the world, the U.N. and most liberals believed he probably possessed WMD before the war. Of course, it's embarassing for the Bush administration to use this as the basis for going to war and then having problems finding them. Using forged documents (whether willingly or not) during the State of the Union address is also embarassing for the current administration.

He didn't lie about anything. The WMD are there, and we will find them. We have already found nuclear documents and planes buried under the sand.

No. Bush was selling the WMD idea to get the UN to back the invasion of Iraq. Saddam had something like 19 resolutions passed against him by the UN to open his military bases and books in order to allow UN inspections of ALL his military power. He did not, and made many speeches and threats indicating that he DID have nuclear capability. Since he wouldn't prove he didn't have them, and made claims that he did, Bush simply took his word for it; Saddam has nukes by his own admission. The only way the UN would have possibly backed us was to show that Iraq had nukes. The UN COULDN'T CARE LESS about the million or so people Saddam had KILLED over the past 20 years. We, on the other hand, DO care. Our intent all along had been to free Iraq from Saddam; the WMD idea was strictly to secure UN support. Why do people think the UN is so benevolent? They don't care one bit about human rights, or else they would be doing something about Saddam, Iraq and Iran. Instead, they have LIBYA in charge of their Human Rights commission. If that isn't the height of hypocrisy, I'd like someone to explain to me what is.
