The "representative" they sent to my house was actually nothing more than a rude high pressure salesman. When we decided not to have our carpet cleaned and stretched he became extremely rude and demanded a thirty dollar Trip fee. It had been agreed during our previous phone call that there would be no charge for the estimate. When we refused to pay the thirty dollars this guy actually threatened my family members with physical violence. He in fact told us that he would be looking for us outside. These people should not only be put out of business, they should be put in jail.

The price would have been nice, but they showed almost two hours after the scheduled appointment. We have 8 children counting foster kids, so it's very important for us to keep a tight schedule. We called the company and they told us that happens. Very dissappointed in their professionalism. Would not recommend.
