I called this morning for a carpet cleaning quote. They said they would be out between 3 and 4 o'clock. At 4:30 when nobody showed up, I called them. Nobody answered so I left a message saying nobody had shown up yet and to call me and let me know if they were still coming. 45 minutes later I called again, once again, no answer, left another message, but still no return phone call. The cleaners never did show up. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!
