Since I was a little lad I have loved the arts it is like learning to shoot a pistol or fire a rifle you are elearning how to kill and mame there is a great degree of experience at PHOK and noone will ever be able to take a away what Sensei Bernsten taught me It is true self defense that works and is applied practically in a street enviorment I am also a better man mentally because of the strict discipline and memory exercise that they incorporate in there training I am proud to be the 52 black belt with over 5000 hours of training from my dojo
