Poor customer service. Ordered my cab to get to the airport a week in advance, then confirmed it the night before. The cab did not show when it was supposed to. I had to call and have a cab dispatched that morning. When I asked about my reservation, I was told it was only a try to get cabs out as ordered and they couldn't guarantee anything but they would get me a cab out as soon as possible. 1/2 hour later a cab shows, it was dirty and looked like it had been in an accident recently, the driver was very unprofessional. I had to load my own luggage into the trunk (wich the driver almost couldn't get to open). I will say the driver made fast time to the airport, but it was a very scary ride as he cut the traffic and drove very unsafe. I asked the driver why a cab wasn't at my house when it was supposed to be and he told me that the dispatchers always make mistakes on getting out reservations and drivers always end up having to rush to get customers because reservations get overlooked. I do not think that this company is very proffesional and will not be using them again!
