I know these are bad, but when it thunders, one of our dogs is a afraid of the thunder. So to keep him preoccupied we give him an ear. It helps us to sleep at night when there is thunder..lol

I cant believe most of the peoples comments. I believe they are very good dog treats and they are better then alot of the chemical made treats for dogs. Just because they smell horrible doesnt mean they're bad thats another reason dogs like them. Also to the guy who worries about them stinking up the house. That wouldnt happen if you give them the treats say outside and if you give them to them in the house they have been given proper rules, boundaries, and limitations. I insist that you all should watch the dog whisperer on the national geographic channel and learn how to treat your animals they way they understand and need.

Highly disagree with people who sell Pigsears. "May" have contibuted to the death of my lab! difficult to digest. Please keep away.

pig ears are great treats for dogs... better than those chemical treats and bones... maybe I think this way because I grew up in Germany... and most of the dog owners feed them only fresh and healthy stuff...

Oh come on....be mature! Thest treats are GREAT treats for dogs...they are 100% digestable (as opposed to the rawhides, completely undigestable) and dogs love 'em!

As much as I am sure that they would fall in love with these, my dogs will never have the chance to try them. First of all, body part treats - if I can borrow a phrase from my teen years - just gross me out. Secondly, I think it would be hard on the carpet and end up smelling up the house. If I let them have something like this outside they would probably lose it in the grass or, more likely, bury it. It would then be found a year later in some nasty useless state of decay and covered in mud. Natural and Nyla bones work fine for my two. If they want to start doing a doggie Dr. Frankenstein routine they can get jobs and buy their own.

A good occasional trat, if I can find them I try to fing the roasted ones as they are less fatty. The dogs love them and they are natural!
