I love the knuckle bones, big enough not to splinter and they last forever. I buy them in bulk at dog shows.

Never given one to my puppy (he's a little too small for one now) but as an animal nutritionist, I know these are absolutley WONDERFUL for your dogs teeth & intestinal health! (Especially fresh, marrow bones you can ask the butcher at the grocery store for)

My dogs get the marrow bones. I ask the butcher to cut them to about 3-4, and I freeze them. This makes the marrow harder to get out, and keeps them occupied for longer periods of time.

Raw, meaty bones( knuckle, marrow) help to keep my dogs' teeth , gums , and breath naturally clean.

Real, raw bones are good for digestion and to clean teeth. They are not dangerous as long as they are raw- if cooked then you may have a problem!

These are a big favorite with both dogs and they have caused no health concerns at all. I get the medium sized beef bones without any special contents - like cheese filling or peanut butter or pieces of meat still on them. That's partly to protect the carpet since they only chew them inside and partly to prevent another chapter in the Corgi Wars. If either of them thinks that the other one has something more special (even if they both have the same thing) the fur WILL fly. So, with these two anyway, I've got to stick with a standard. I say keep it simple they just say - keep it coming!
