01/24/2005 | I'll admit t speaking from a position of almost absolute ignorance on this one, as far as the actual mechanical merits of the SSR may be concerned. Maybe there is a real desire for nostalgia items that leads to people buying a vehicle like this. I think it is outrageously overpriced, and don't think it's a very practical vehicle to boot. That said, who knows, it may become a colector's classic in years to come.
