I'm sure Bush is sexist, as i'd be willing to bet he's molested his fair share of women. trying to stop gay marriage just proved he's a homophobe, or a closet case.

If the President is opposed to homosexual marriage (I refuse to misuse the word gay) then he is showing a healthy respect for people of both sexes. He is also demonstrating the common sense held by the vast majority of Americans.

To describe MYSTIC MANGO's point, sexist comments do not deal with gay marriage in the slightest. A sexist comment is a negative remark made against the opposite sex that has no reference to homo or heterosexuality. To discuss the topic now, just for the sake of the argument, Bush's opposing of gay marriage is indeed a critical issue. there are people out there that support gay marriage-- whether that's good or bad I don't know, but I'm not here to debate that. I believe his opinion is solid and that he carried it out to his best intention. Gay marriage isn't a subject I have any particular concern over, but I think he made the right choice.
