 | Djahuti (54) 04/17/2005 | The only people this administration are protecting are the corporations and CEOs.They always talk about national security and use this excuse to tamper with the constitutional rights of citizens-yet they have done almost NOTHING to protect Nuclear Reactors & Power Plants from the threat of terrorism or to inspect cargo coming into this country thoroughly. They have also flouted the Geneva Convention, giving a convenient excuse for other countries to do so.

 | Jar-Jar Binks (16) 04/06/2005 | That's exactly right. Nowadays when I get to the airport to take a trip out of town, those workers made me take all my clothes off for security reasons and they checked my entire luggage including my bag of grandma's cookies. They think minorities like me are a threat. I'm telling you, it's the Bush White House that's behind this. (They think ALL minorities are terrorists). I didn't have to go through this predicament in the Clinton years.

 | CanadaSucks (45) 01/05/2005 | Only a complete idiot believes we are more secure than ever. You call that garbage at airports security? Every teenage Muslim radical in the world has a hard-on for us now. Nice work. There is no security, people. . .deal with it.

 | abichara (60) 01/05/2005 | Hardly. Most of the so-called security enhancements done after 9/11 were strictly cosmetic in nature. The USA Patriot Act has also done next to nothing in capturing terrorists. In fact, 99% of the time it has been used for law enforcement issues not at all associated with terrorism.

 | drbowler (14) 01/04/2005 | When we had less security there was not a known threat, now because there is a known threat people feel less secure, even with more security.

 | jamestkirk (23) 01/04/2005 | So many disagree with you. If anything, we are more secure. We have had no repeat of 9/11, and more continues to be done to prevent it.
