01/14/2005 | I love my nice hot cup of coffee every morning. And, though it warms me up on cold days and gives me that all important motivational kick in the kiester every morning, it does not quench my thirst. That's why I arrive at the office every a.m. dragging both a large coffee and a 24 oz. bottle of water.

01/08/2005 | This isn't really a thirst quencher, but it is excellent for starting my morning. I have also been finding that I don't require as much as I used to, so I've cut down to as much as two small cups a day.
