My Name is Francis and I am the President of Covington Products (http://www.covingtonproducts.com).
Effective May of 2008, we took over day to day operations and management of African Wonders. African Wonders has a customer base of over 20,000 customers worldwide. From reading the comments below, you would think that our customer base is unhappy, and that the company has been dishonest, and by way of a point of fact... THAT IS NOT TRUE!
I have known the owner of African Wonders for many years, and she and I are Christians, and walk the christian path of honesty and integrity.
I have investigated every complaint that we have received, and in almost every case the person making the complaint did NOT get billed. In many cases they were not billed because their card was denied.
Our shipping policy is as follows: 1.) We ONLY bill credit cards when orders are ready to ship. 2.) We email you immediately if a product is not in stock, and let you know the status. 3.) We are open from 8-5 West Coast time Monday through Friday. 4.) We ship all "in-stock" orders within four hours. and, 5.) By law we cannot accept product that has been returned to us, because it must be destroyeed. and, Finally, we return all telephone calls within 24 hours.

They have certain store hours so you need to be sure and check the hours if you want to speak someone. I've called twice and spoke with someone both times. It does take I believe up to 2-3 weeks to get your product UNLESS you RUSH it which I do. I really LOVE this product it has made my hair, stronger, and it sheds less I recommend this product to everyone.

 | outraged2003 (0) 02/04/2006 | I also ordered the naturalaxer in November 2005, and now it's Feb 2006, and I have not received anything. I called repeatedly and a woman told me they were on back-order because of 2 consumer complaints regarding the naturalaxer. They are dodging my emails and phone calls. Everytime i do call, they keep saying next month. May have to take legal action if I dont receive my refund. My question is, if they are so far behind on back orders, why are they still taking orders?

BEEN LIKE FOREVER, THEY DON'T REPY MY EMAILS, OR RETURN MY CALLS ANYMORE. I THINK THEY ARE SPAM, FRAUD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! SHAME ON U.
