Michelle Yeoh is certainly an attractive woman, and I generally prefer the Bond Girls to be strong characters; however, Yeoh's portrayal of Chinese agent Wai Lin was too hard edged for my tastes, and she suffered by one of the weaker films in the series. Michelle Yeoh was born in Ipoh, Perak, Malaysia on August 6, 1962.

Finally, a woman we know can kick James Bond's bum! Michelle Yeoh is only small-average in build, but she's a great stuntwoman. She's also a decent actress, although this role dosn't really stretch her beyond anything in Hong Kong. And of couse, James Bond has to save her, but at least he's Pierce Brosnan.

I like James Bond temptresses more when they show a flair for kicking bad-guy butt. In this sense, Wai Lin was an agreeable departure from more traditional Bond girls, known more for being one-dimensional beauties with colorful names. Actress Michelle Yeoh made her character compelling and believable, finely showcasing her skills as an action heroine. Unfortunately, Bond actor Pierce Brosnan showed little chemistry with his fiesty counterpart, which might have added an interesting layer to the film. It's hard to fault Yeoh for that side of her performance, though, since Brosnan's dynamics with Halle Berry have been similarly short of sparks.

The most kick-butt woman in Bond films (at least until Halle Berry), Michelle Yeoh is amazing in stunts and an excellent actress. Oh yes, she's beautiful
