While Pam Bouvier looked like a boy scout, Talisa Soto was drop dead gorgeous in this film. Utterly stunning!!

Of the 2 Bond girls in Licence to Kill, she easily beat out Pam Bouvier who had the typical hamhanded role that almost all American Bond girls have been cursed with. How do the Bond people feel about American women? Though both actresses were American, Lupe portrayed a Latin temptress and was thus was allowed to be exotic rather than bludgeoning. She instead suffered from the more typical Bond girl dilemma of not really being given much to do except fall for James.
