It's not Minnie Rates that's great... it's the new folks who purchased it! It is now Drive Safe Driving Schools. My daughter did fine at Minnie Rates but my son just completed a DriveSafe program and he rocks!! The behind the wheel instructor was incredibly patient and firm, and my son's confidence and awareness is unbelievable by comparison to my daughter's experience. The office staff is efficient and friendly and they accomodate even the most complicated teen/parent schedules.
