All of my audio equipment comes from the Gramophone Shop. I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else for service or products. When I turned around to their door after taking my amplifier out of the car yesterday, someone was already holding the door for me. I've been their customer since 1987.

Very friendly staff goes the extra mile. The owner John Denny tracked down a rare replacement part for my JBL speaker. I have acquired many strange parts from the Gramaphone Shop and will one day have them install a house system for me.
