One of the most unacceptable transactions I have ever had. 3 straight days of promised installation and 3 days of no call, no show. It takes 4-5 tries to get someone on the phone and they could care less about the time and money that is being wasted. They say that when something seems to good to be true, it usually is. Well, case in point. The price was very attractive. Alex seemed very nice during the sales call and was on time for the measuring and estimate. I have to now find a new vendor for the carpet.Stay away!!!!
