My experience with this bank has been one of the worst I have had with a bank. I have tried on several occasions to speak or contact a regional manger in order to work on my problem(s) with branch management and cannot. Neither the telephone customer service personnel nor the branch personnel would give the name or any contact info for the regional manger of the Denver region. The four times I spoke to a CSR on the telephone, they did take my name and number and promise, "A regional manager would call to discuss my problem...” In the 6 months since my first request to speak to the Regional Manager I have yet to receive a call. One of the branch assistant managers actually said that I should "cash my business elsewhere” (sic) when I told her that her attitude was just plan rude. She was apparently upset at having been called from her office to the counter by her staff to approve the deposit of my paycheck. I was told the check was over the single check deposit limit (?!?!?) of $2,500.00 and needed approval for deposit. WTH!! The sad thing is this person is still the assistant branch manager and I have seen her just as rude to other customers and without any way of communicating with any management senior to the branch management this is sure to continue. I have now closed my account and “cash my business elsewhere”. P.S. Ernieboss must work there.

These guys are awesome, they understand real life senerios and know what it is like when faced with hard times and they brought back customer service to banking! Kudos to all that make this operation work! You are the best bank that i have ever had!!!
