Yeah, they just don't make 'em like this anymore. Been a while since I saw it; it used to play all the time on afternoon TV horror shows in NY like "Creature Features" or "Chiller"...basically all I remember is a guy running around the desert-area of California (Bronson Canyon?) in a gorilla suit and diver's helmet, waving his arms and intoning inanities with a laughable solemnity. Also remember the beautiful Claudia Barrett, whom I remember seeing briefly in an old episode of "Abbott and Costello." The rest, probably mercifully, is forgotten. But, you wanna know something sad? I'd rather watch another re-run of this than basically 70% of the product currently being ground out in Hollywood. At least a re-run of "Robot Monster" won't cost me a $10 ticket, plus what I pay for popcorn and soda. Won't have cost millions upon millions to have produced. Also won't be as painful. and/or boring, to watch...
