Yup...a "red flag" in my book. I hate girls that lack responsibility.

Been there and done that....keeping a job is saying something good about your character.

unless there is some medical condition to keep you from working you have to have a job. i dont like lazy men and i'm not catering to another one ever again

Maybe the guy just has bad luck. Or perhaps he's a misunderstood genius. But I have to admit, this would worry me.

Had one that went through a dozen jobs while I held two, one being the Marines and the other being my current job.

Oh, like my x-wife, no I would never date a gal like that again.

This could be an indicator of several things: laziness, difficulty taking orders, short attention span, difficulty dealing with people. Or maybe they just haven't found something they like - mostly all jobs inherently suck. I've had 17 jobs since 1997 so I wouldn't hold it against anyone.

If a guy can't keep a job, then I think it would be very appropriate to dump him. There is no way I would a date a guy or carry on in a relationship with one that didn't have some drive or ambition to have a good career.

In a serious relationship, it should be expected that both parties carry an equal part of the burden. Ladies espescially- if a man doesn't make any effort to find a job and keep it, then your relationship is not going to work.
