I was a Mike Holley fan when he was on the show, but I don't miss him now that he is gone. I think I even prefer his "replacement" Michael Smith better.

Michael Holley combines his good sense of humor with his extensive sports knowledge to make him the most creative and funny personality on Around the Horn. He's disappeared the past few months for some reason, and the show... although still great, isn't the same. Bring him back ESPN!

i hope michael holley see's this. you are a patehic sellout. i can't believe the way you spoke about ron artest. have you ever played sports? high school, college, professional? probably not cause your a journalists! are you from the suburbs? whats your deal? did you forget what its like to be a black man in america? i play college football in the sec and i see whenever we travel how rude fans are. believe you me if someone ever did to me or my teamates what was done to artest after he tried to show restraint. its curtains for em. and the fact that you called the man scared you and max? first off artest is bigger than wallace. eventhough wallace is a country boy i'm taking artest over him 3 to 2. and 20 to 1 over you and max. your sad man very sad. all the announcers right after the game were on the players side and then they sold them out just like justin timberlake sold out janet. maybe black people should refer to you as justin timberlake you to max. mike maybe you need to go back to the dreads. maybe then you could at least give off the appearance of being a black man cause apparently you forgot. i pray you both get to see this.

Michael Holley is probably one of the most brilliant sports minds to have ever graced our telelvision sets if you ever watch I,Max then you would know he pretty much schools Mr. Kellerman everyday, bravo to you Michael Holley for finding a job outside of the Boston Globe and off of Around the Horn....ATH is not the same without him and Max i'm telling you statboy is not what Max is...

Holley rocks. Next to Woody he was a very close 2nd. Poor guy never hears the end of his braces. He is the best dressed too. He is now on Max's new show and needs more air-time there.

Once you get past the Whoopi Goldberg-like exterior, he's a knowledgable guy and seems to be an easy going guy off the set also. Don't do drugs.

Haven't seen him in awhile, but to me he was second only to Woody.

A bit overrated, but not terrible.

His ties always make Max mad, but is one of the best personalities on the show.
