I came across this chain a few weeks back and I've eaten at it three or four times a week since. It's cheap (I don't deviate from the $5 Joe's Special - Chicken, white or brown rice, choice of sauce, choice of drink, plus veggies for an additional 60 cents), it tastes good and it's quick, but the restaurants are hip for fast food - it's fairly dark inside and there are flat screen tv's and usually some 80's dance or hip hop playing on the satellite. They've also got plenty of other rice, noodle, veggie, beef and chicken bowls, and sushi, if you have a couple extra dollars and prefer to go one of those routes.
