Love thin crust pizza? Protos needs to be on your radar. Although it's a bit pricey, the quality of their Napoletana-style pizza can't be beat in Denver. If you haven't had clam pizza, make plans to swing by Proto's for a pie for this Friday-only special. OMG, it's a huge yum and sure to delight foodies and their friends. There is a good wine selection to match with your pie.I do wish that there was a broader salad selection, if only so that I can justify eating their desserts more often.
