HORRIBLE SERVICE - my computer has been in repairs since FEBRUARY. It is now the end of JUNE. No one knows what is going on, they persistently say that the computer has been sent for service then tell us it hasn't been sent. We need to liberate the computer but it doesn't work and they can't resolve the problem. We bought it there and they can't service it.

Worst customer service in the history of tech! You have to wait 7 days before they even LOOK at your computer...and they won't let you take it home and bring it back when they are ready...and if you call them to get the status, you get put on hold for half an hour. Never buy from them on anything that might require servicing.

good place to get computer-y books, however its not only a book store...infact most of it is computers and parts and such. Really good for both. GREAT customer service.
