Decent CPU doesn't require a fan, only a heatsink and uses very little power. It's also fairly cheap and runs on most currently available Socket 370 (older celeron and PIII boards) MoBo's. Also switching to 64-bit next year a la x86-64. Currently top-clocks at 1.3 GHz.
